Where are you located?

We are located at: One Cannery Row Nashville, TN. 37203

How many tickets do you put aside when a show is sold out?

When a show sells out here, that means we have no additional tickets whatsoever. From time to time, some tickets that have been held back will be released to the public. We announce those ticket releases through our Twitter account @mercylounge, so be sure to follow us there.

Do I have to show ID to get in?

Yes. Unless the event is specifically listed as ”ALL AGES”, you must show a VALID, GOVERNMENT-ISSUED PHOTO ID to enter. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Can I come pick up my will call tickets anytime on the day of the show?

Tickets are available for pick up after doors open for the show, typically one hour before the listed show time.

How do I get booked at Mercy Lounge?

You can contact our booking agents via email. All pertinent contact info is located on our Contact page. Electronic Press Kits are welcome, but please keep in mind that we receive many, many requests for booking on a daily basis. If your band is appropriate for Mercy Lounge, rest assured that we will get back in touch with you.

Do you have an open-mic night?

No, we do not currently have an open mic night.

Do you allow smoking?

In compliance with Tennessee State Law, we can not allow smoking inside the building. We do, however, offer a wonderful outdoor smoking patio that we encourage you to try out for all your smoking needs.

I left my credit card at Mercy Lounge last night. When can I pick it up?

We do not hold credit cards at the Mercy Lounge. For those wishing to start a tab, we will swipe your credit card and immediately return it to you. In the event that you somehow misplaced your card, we will do our best to keep it in a safe location for you.

You can contact us at info@mercylounge.com to inquire about our lost and found items.

All credit card tabs left open at the end of the night are subject to a 20% gratuity.

I’m 17 years old and want to attend an 18+ or 21+ show there. Can I come if I’m accompanied by a parent?

Unfortunately, no. Mercy Lounge and Cannery Ballroom age policies are very strict. Because both venues are bar settings during events with age restrictions, we can not allow minors to attend, regardless of parental accompaniment. We are unable to negotiate on this point.

What is your camera policy?

Our camera policy varies from show to show, depending on the wishes of the performing artist and their management. In the event that you bring a camera to a show that does not allow the use of recording devices, you will be given every opportunity to return your camera to your car to store it.

We ask that you do keep in mind that, for the vast majority of concerts here that feature national and/or regional headlining acts, the camera policy the artist(s) ask us to enforce is NO AUDIO, NO VIDEO, NO PRO – with PRO being defined as anything with a detachable lens.

While as many as 95% of the concerts held at our venues have this policy, do keep in mind that there are other shows here where the camera policy may be either stricter or more lax. (Some artists who perform here have a completely open camera policy.) We are generally informed of the photo policy fifteen to thirty minutes prior to doors opening; so feel free to inquire with a member of our door and/or security staff when you arrive about the specific policy for the event you are attending.

If you are interested in obtaining a photo and/or video pass for a concert here, do not contact us. Those decisions are not made by the venue. Just like the general camera policy, passes and credentials are determined only by the artist(s) and their management.
