When I tried to purchase tickets online, it said TICKETS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. Does this mean the show is sold out?

Most of the time, yes. We make every effort to indicate on our website that a show is sold out, if that is the case. In most scenarios, the event listing will be prefaced with “SOLD OUT” or “Off Sale” before the name of the performers and the purchase ticket link will be removed.

How much are your drinks?

That depends. We offer a full bar in Mercy, High Watt and Cannery with an ample selection of beer, wine and spirits. The prices of our beverages generally start at $3 and go up from there.

Where can I buy advance tickets, in person?

Our box office currently only sells tickets once doors have opened for that evening’s shows; however we have two retail outlet box office locations in Nashville where you can purchase tickets to most of the concerts held at Mercy Lounge, Cannery Ballroom and The High Watt.

Those locations are Grimey’s New & Preloved Music (in East Nashville at their new location on Trinity Lane) and The Groove Record Shop (in East Nashville on the corner of Main St. & Calvin)

How do I get booked for 8 off 8th?

The Mercy Lounge does not book the talent for this night. We have a group of hosts that put together the bills. If you would like to play 8 off 8th, we recommend one simple thing: come to 8 off 8th. Check out some great bands, talk to interesting people, network, have fun, and make some new friends. 8 off 8th is a community-based event, and participation is reserved for those who attend shows and support the local music scene. We maintain a local band database for our hosts to find talent so if you’re interested in performing at or hosting an 8 off 8th, please email 8off8th@mercylounge.com

Do you offer seating?

We do offer a limited amount of seating in Mercy Lounge, The Cannery Ballroom and The High Watt, with a variety of tables, booths, and bar seating for your convenience. For most concerts in the Cannery Ballroom, there is no seating of any kind in the main performance area. There is, however, some seating available in an adjacent area.

All seating is strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.

My friend purchased tickets to a show, but will not be there to pick them up. Can I pick them up instead?

We do not handle ticket sales directly; they are handled through eventbrite.com. Attendee can arrive to the club with a signed note from the original purchaser.

What is the parking situation like?

There is no charge to park in the lot directly in front of the Mercy Lounge. The adjoining lot is owned by Cummins Station and operated by Republic Parking. Republic’s attendants will direct you to the nearest available spaces in their lots. Republic Parking generally charges a $10 fee to park in any of the lots owned by Cummins Station. The earlier you arrive, the more likely you are to be able to park in the least expensive lots. While we do recommend arriving early, our customers are not permitted to park in our lot before 5:30pm, as there other businesses in Cannery Row with whom we share this lot and whose employees and clients use it during daytime hours.
