Can you believe it's been one whole year since that fateful Sunday night when we all first gathered at Mercy Lounge to create childishly obscene team names, drink with reckless abandon, and heckle our friends, enemies, and fellow trivia opponents?Well, it has...and the good times just keep on getting better.

Since that fateful night, we've moved our Rock and Roll Team Trivia event to Monday nights (before 8 off 8th) and added a bunch of awesome prizes courtesy of The Groove record shop. The competition remains fierce, but the drink specials and free parking are always inviting.

Join us on May 31st as we celebrate the one year anniversary of Nashville's only Rock and Roll Team Trivia event. It promises to be our rockin-est, rollin-est, teamin-est trivia event yet. As always, it's totally free and starts at 7 pm. See ya there!

JUST ADDED: our friends at Universal Music Group have donated some awesome prizes for this week's trivia! To celebrate the first-ever cd release of the Jayhawk's debut album, we will have 1 limited edition Jayhawks vinyl, 12 lithographs and a bunch of Rolling Stone's Exile on Main Street posters to give away. ABOUT ROCK AND ROLL TRIVIA
With three rounds of questions, two rounds of "name that tune," and the rock and roll-est of final wagers where you can bet (and possibly lose) it all, winning could come down to whether you remember who sang that one-hit wonder, which album came out first, or what's that rocker dude's real name. The top three teams of the night receive $50, $25 or $10 to be spent at Mercy Lounge. Plus, everyone gets free parking and beer specials all night. So grab your friends (or bandmates), start brainstorming your clever team name, and dust off your inner encyclopedia of rock knowledge. You won't have to be a total music nerd to play, and we promise to have more easy questions this time. To reiterate: The event is free. PARKING IS FREE. There are beer specials. Doors will open at 6:30 with the game commencing at 7!
